Operations Manager

Bradfords Building Supplies Ltd is a leading independent builders’ merchant across the South West — and we know our success is built on great people delivering great service.

We’re now looking for an Operations Manager to play a key role at the heart of our branch in Bridgwater.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You’ll take ownership of the branch’s day-to-day operations, leading the yard, transport and stock teams to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely and efficiently. From coordinating deliveries and managing stock to driving high standards of health and safety, you’ll be central to keeping the branch performing at its best.

Just as importantly, you’ll be a visible leader, motivating your team, solving problems quickly, and making sure every customer receives a first-class service. You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager and step up to lead the branch when needed.
